Join us at the home of Rapids Camp Lodge owner, Jerry Shults, to learn more about the controversial Pebble Mine from Mr. Scott Hed, the director of the Sportsman’s Alliance for Alaska, and lead combatant against the Pebble Mine’s development. 2012 is going to be critical in the effort to protect Alaska’s famed Bristol Bay region from the proposed Pebble Mine. Come learn the latest about the campaign, share some fish stories, enjoy some smoked wild Bristol Bay salmon and some beverages. Make a donation to help the cause…and we’ll be drawing for some great prizes from Abel Automatics and Smith Optics. This is also a great opportunity to learn about our most popular fly-out operation in Western Alaska – Rapids Camp Lodge.
