David has spent the last seven years as manager and subsequent owner of Blue Drake Travel (partnered with Blue Drake Outfitters in Dallas). David will continue to develop the travel programs for Tailwaters in conjunction with the partnership role and responsibility within the retail division. David has traveled the world in search of the finest fishing opportunities. These destinations include, but are not limited to Alaska, Argentina, Bahamas, Belize, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Seychelles, Venezuela, and the U.S. West. |

| Melissa has recently retired from her steady job of seven years to come onboard with Tailwaters as the full time accountant, bookkeeper, and travel division assistant. As David's wife, Melissa has been around the fly fishing industry for a number of years and makes a fine addition to the team. | |

| It seems Collins has worked in a dozen shops and guided everywhere from Brazil to Africa to the Alaskan Peninsula. With a lovely bride and future angling prodigy on the way, Collins elected to find some roots and partner up with launching Tailwaters. A native of Dallas, Collins thinks of Tailwaters as a return to the home waters of White Rock Creek and a chance to share his experience and overwhelming product knowledge to the Dallas fly-fishing community. Whether you are off on an epic bonefishing trip or going to your favorite farm pond, give him a call. | |

| Brent is originally from the small West Texas town of Follett, a convenient launching pad for his lengthy summers on the river in southern Colorado. In addition to a zillion hours on the water in search of the big browns and rainbows of the Rio Grande National Forest, Brent is also a successful real estate professional in Dallas. He is looking forward to developing an extensive travel program in the lower forty-eight and Canada, specializing in the Rocky Mountains from northern New Mexico to Montana. Brent's other responsibilities are to include using his business connections in Dallas to develop attractive corporate offerings for both the retail and travel divisions. | |

| Travis is a former employee of Blue Drake Outfitters and has earned his reputation for providing superior service and efficiency. We could not be more excited for Travis' return to Dallas from a two-year stint as the head retail sales manager at Gore Creek Fly Fisherman in Vail, Co. In addition to his initial responsibilities on the sales floor, Travis will be managing our new e-commerce store with an online target date of early 2008. | |

| Born in Upstate New York, and a Colgate University grad, Bart brings a fresh perspective to our team. Bart joins Tailwaters after spending the last four years living and fishing in Jackson Hole, WY. Before tackling the rivers of the mountain west, he was a guide, head instructor, and assistant manager of the Delaware River Club in Northeast Pennsylvania. Having twelve years of retail and fly shop experience, Bart's customer oriented attitude and technical knowledge will make a fine addition to our Tailwaters team. | |

| Landon Huett has been on our staff since the week prior to our opening and is one of our strongest assets on the sales floor. Previously in the boat business, Captain Huett has a zillion hours on the water of the Texas Coast and is learning the fly-fishing industry amazingly fast. The next time you are in the shop just look for the guy with the biggest smile and the best B.S. and you will know you have found Landon! | |
