Our 6,000 square foot showroom and backyard provide a public and private event space for a variety of festivities and special occasions.   Tailwaters has successfully hosted many private events including the annual Dallas Safari Club Jamboree, CCA meetings, Camp Firewalker CrawFish Boil, Texas Rangers/Charles Schwab Customer Appreciation Day, and the Borracho Pescador Redfish Tournament Kick-Off Party, as well as numerous other corporate events and private parties that welcome guests into a true experience of the Tailwaters culture! Our store is always OPEN during private events for shopping!

Our shop accepts event space reservations for our bar, back deck, and spacious backyard on the Trinity River. All events are staffed with two to four employees, including a dedicated private party manager. Our experienced events team can help plan, coordinate, and execute every detail of your special occasion, including catering, bartending, and other third party services.  

BASIC RENTAL FEE

We will quote exact pricing for your event on a case-by-case basis depending upon your headcount and scope of services requested.  

The following rates are a general guideline for standard parties of approximately 15 guests: 

$500/hr per hour for 15 guest or less (call for pricing on larger groups)

Optional Additions: (add $150/hr for each option up to 15 people)
